I took the kids pictures by these bluebonnets 2 weeks ago. Now there are more bluebonnets, along with Indian paintbrush, buttercups (pink) & small black-eyed susans. I cannot remember all the names.

They are glorious! Especially beautiful on a rainy day or early in the morning when the sun is low. When the sun is bright and high the colors don't appear as deep as they really are.
