Tonight at Fazoli's, Pam was telling me about a friend from high school who legally changed her name from something plain (Jane) to something exotic (Xandra). The kids were listening to her tell the story and Pam was trying to explain this friend was always nice, but a little weird. Pam said, "do you have some friends in your classes who are weird?"
JC chuckled and responded, "No Mimi, none of my friends are weird; only my Daddy is weird!"
Julia laughed so hard and Pam and I just stared in disbelief (really we were trying not to die laughing). Then we laughed with Julia and JC said, "EYEBALL." (This has been the kids' "crazy phrase" lately that gets them in laughing fits.)
Once we get to laughing sometimes, we just can't stop. We are probably the weird-o's of the bunch.
