Tradition

We have started our own family tradition, the 5 of us. We eat Sunday night dinner at a local chinese restaurant. Mainly we have eaten at Panda Express, but on some Sundays we venture to other local chinese restaraurants. We read our fortunes to each other and then we all laugh and Julia always says, "That's a good one!" or "Hmm... that's a good one."
A few Sunday's ago we were eating at our "P" restaurant (another Sunday lunch tradition- alphabetical food establishments) at Pei Wei, and we decided eat at Pei Wei for our "P" and "chinese" restaurant. (You may be thinking Pei Wei is not chinese, but they serve fortune cookies so we counted it...) JC impressed us with his chopstick skills. He usually says "I can't do it" when he cannot do something after trying one time, but in this case, he tried one time and was ecstatically showing us "Look! Look!" He was super proud that he could eat his food with chopsticks.

JC's fortune that day was "Everyone feels lucky for having you as a friend."
