Babies are here!

... birds that is!  We have 3 baby cardinals in their nest on the front porch of our house.  When I took their picture they were sleeping.
The mom & dad (cardinal) have been busy flying around this weekend so I took a chance to snap a picture this evening.  I looked at the preview on my camera & couldn't tell what I took a picture of.  I uploaded to the computer and "voila" BABY BIRDS!  I am still in shock and so glad to see 3.  They are kind of bug-eyed & strange looking, but kinda cute in a strange way.
I'll try to keep a touch-and-go update on how they are doing.  I don't want to miss the action!
