We ate lunch today at Wendy's and JC was standing at the window screaming "Motorcycle, motorcycle!!" everytime one would pass by. There was also one parked in the parking lot and he didn't see the helmets at the table next to us. He would yell "Motorcycle, motorcycle" at the one parked in the lot whenever he didn't see any passing by on the road.
I pointed out to Julia the helmets and told her to ask if she could look at the helmets and if they would let her brother look too. She was shy and wanted me to go with her, so I did. She asked if they could look at the helmets. There was a little boy about 11 years old who one of the helmets was his so it was a little smaller. JC got to try it on first! He was so cute just standing there frozen with it on his head. He tried walking but it was kind of heavy, so he just stood still. He looked like a bobble-head or a little Pac-Man. When he was done with it on his head he tried lifting it off, he was able to lift it up, but it was heavy and he almost fell backwards with it over his head. He panicked and we all chuckled. It was very cool to him. Very cool!
We said thank you to the boy and his family. That's neat they were so friendly to let him put it on. They really just had asked to look. I hope this teaches them not to be afraid of strangers and how to be a friendly citizen/neighbor.

The red on JC's hand is from a BINGO dobber at Mimi's house! It took several scrubbings to get the red out! ...Not the first time though, and probably not the last...
